Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled on this website, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian law.
1. Who is responsible

2. What is processed, why, and on what basis
- Messages you send. The contact form does not store anything on this site: it opens your own email application with the message prepared, and the message reaches the company only when you send it. If you write, the company receives your name, email address and the content of your message. Purpose: to answer you and prepare an offer. Basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Kept while the conversation lasts and, if no contract follows, for up to 3 years (the general limitation period). If a contract is concluded, documents are kept as long as accounting and tax law require.
- Technical data. The hosting provider processes your IP address and request logs to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- The showreel on YouTube. Only if you allow it. The video is loaded from YouTube (Google); Google then receives data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time (see the cookie policy).
- Your choices on your device. Your consent choice and the volume of the sound demo are kept in your browser (local storage) and never leave your device.
3. What is not done
This site has no analytics, no advertising or retargeting tools, no social-media pixels and no profiling. Data is not sold. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google.
4. Who receives data
The hosting and email providers, acting on the company’s behalf; Google (YouTube) if you allow the video; and accountants or public authorities where the law requires it. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards recognised by the GDPR (for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
5. Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest; where processing relies on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Write to contact@halaszhunor.com; you will get an answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
6. Children
This website is not aimed at children, and the company does not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
If the site changes in a way that affects your data (for example by adding analytics), this policy will be updated first. The date at the top shows the latest version.
